Sponsor Findr provides two primary offerings:
- Sponsor Lead Generation Services:
- We help newsletter owners find and connect with potential brand sponsors. This includes researching sponsor prospects, conducting outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, and scheduling calls between sponsors and our clients.
- Our service is provided on a flat monthly fee basis. We do not charge commissions, setup fees, or take a percentage of sponsorship revenue.
- Educational Newsletter:
- We operate a free daily email newsletter that teaches newsletter creators how to find, price, and secure sponsorships, and how to grow their revenue through brand partnerships.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Sponsor Findr—including articles, templates, graphics, branding, processes, outreach scripts, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Sponsor Findr or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our publicly available content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our materials without prior written consent.
Client-specific deliverables (such as lead lists, outreach templates, or reports) are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be shared or resold.
4. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to use our Services lawfully, ethically, and professionally. You must not:
- Use our Services for spam, harassment, or unlawful solicitation.
- Misrepresent your business, audience, or sponsorship opportunities.
- Copy, scrape, or misuse any data or materials obtained from Sponsor Findr.
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems.
- Provide false or misleading information during signup or service use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or act in bad faith.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While Sponsor Findr makes every effort to provide qualified leads and accurate information, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, conversions, sponsorship deals, or revenue increases. Success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including client follow-up, audience quality, and market conditions.
Our Services are provided as tools and resources to support your efforts—not as guaranteed revenue generators.
6. Payment Terms (for Lead Generation Services)
All fees are due according to the terms outlined in your client agreement or invoice.
- Our pricing is based on a flat monthly rate, billed in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services.
We reserve the right to update pricing or service structure with reasonable notice.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
Our website and newsletters may include links to third-party tools, websites, or offers. These links are provided for your convenience only. Sponsor Findr does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party products, services, or content.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them, and their terms and policies will apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor Findr, its team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, missed sponsorship opportunities, or errors in lead information.
If you are dissatisfied with our Services, your sole remedy is to discontinue their use.

Sponsor Findr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of our information or results.
